Metin Uca One-Man Show May 5, 2007

The current political environment in Turkey provides a plethora of material for sharp-tongued humorist, Metin Uca, in his newest endeavor, his One-Man Show. The stand-up comedy performance written and directed by Metin Uca, himself, has toured throughout Turkey for the past year and showcases Uca’s provocative wit and satirical interpretation of modern Turkish culture. Already having made his name as a writer and television personality who does not shy away from controversy, Uca uses the stage as yet another outlet for his comedic political analysis, which is meant not only to entertain but also to prompt discussion about the present political climate. Metin Uca will also be signing his books following the event.
