Memphis Symphony Orchestra Masterworks Series: "Mahler 6" November 19, 2005

Saturday, November 19, 2005 at 8pm. Continuing the cycle of Mahler's beloved masterpieces, the orchestra presents his sixth installment, perhaps one of his most personal works. Many have interpreted this work as Mahler's own dramatization of humanity. Listen for the "three blows of fate" in the percussion section, and prepare to be rocked. Conducted by David Loebel.
