Memory Enhancement
UCLA Center on Aging at the Skirball
Do you have trouble remembering names or where you placed your keys? Nearly everyone faces age-related memory lapses, but such forgetfulness has been shown to decrease with systematic memory training. Building upon UCLA’s Center on Aging’s expertise in age-related memory changes and memory training, this innovative workshop presents practice-proven techniques to sharpen and maximize memory.

The course is intended for people who are:
• able to think creatively,
• capable of working in groups and independently,
• interested in participating in an interactive classroom setting,
• able to make a five-week commitment to attend each class.

This course is not intended for individuals with advanced memory loss.
