Meditations for Transforming Conflict and Difficulty

According to Buddha, our own mind of anger creates the problems and conflicts in our lives. Our inability to let go of this mind keeps us stuck in difficult and conflicted situations. Through specific meditations and methods, we can learn to identify and reduce anger and aversion, even in its subtle and repressed forms. Through this training our conflicts cease to be a problem; in fact, they become the very means for developing inner peace and other good qualities, and for improving our relationships. This course is based on Geshe Kelsang Gyatso's How to Solve our Human Problems and Shantideva's legendary chapter on Patience from Guide to the Bodhisattva's Way of Life.
