Meat Loaf in concert September 4, 2010

Fantasy Springs Resort Casino continues its A-list entertainment standard with an upcoming concert by rock and roll superstar Meat Loaf. Meat Loaf has sold more than 40 million albums worldwide and his Bat Out Of Hell album trilogy continues to sell hundreds of thousands of copies each year according to BBC Radio2. Meat Loaf got his first real break in the music business in the Los Angeles production of the musical, Hair. He went on to record for a short time with the Motown label, then rejoined Hair on Broadway. This more notable production led to more opportunities including a part in the Rocky Horror Picture Show. Meat Loaf played the part of Eddie in the now cult film/musical. After several years of work on the Bat Out Of Hell album, it was released to popular acclaim in 1977. Meat Loaf has appeared in many television shows and movies including Fight Club with Edward Norton and Brad Pitt and Wayne’s World with Mike Meyers and Dana Carvey.

Reports say Meat Loaf is a vegetarian.
