Learn how to better measure and manage your marketing investments. Measuring Return on Marketing is a one-day course designed for mid-level marketing managers who'd like to learn how to better measure and manage marketing investments, in order to objectively substantiate the value of theirmarketing campaigns. The course takes a practical approach to measuring marketing return. Participants will learn the basics of marketing measurement, look at accepted measurement tools and techniques and develop an understanding of how to identify critical variables and dependencies. Participants will leave with an action plan for implementing marketing measurement activities within their own organization.

The course is taught by Linda Popky, President of L2M Associates, a Redwood City-based strategic marketing company that helps organizations improve the return they get on their marketing programs, processes and people. Linda has over 25 years experience in technology and B2B marketing, including experience with companies such as Sun Microsystems and Cisco Systems. She is also affiliated with Marketing Operations Partners, where she is leading the ROI Management practice in conjunction with other members of the Marketing Operations Partners Team. Her clients range from startups and small businesses to Fortune 100 companies.
