Light up your Holidays in Lakewood
Mayor Bob Murphy invites the community to start the holidays in the City of Lakewood with the Mayor’s Tree Lighting at Lakewood’s Heritage Center, 801 S. Yarrow St. (Wadsworth Boulevard and Ohio Avenue).
Join Mayor Murphy on Friday, December 3 to celebrate an old fashioned holiday season with hay rides, vintage card making, tours of historic buildings, a children’s choir, carolers, food and more. The event starts at 5:30 p.m., and the tree lighting ceremony will be at 6:30 p.m. The activities continue on Saturday, December 4 from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m.

• 20th Century Emporium open for unique holiday shopping
• Vintage card making in the Country School
• Hot cocoa, coffee and cookies in the White Way Grill - $1 each
• Pictures with Santa - $8
• Performance by Kendrick Lakes Elementary School Choir
• Free wagon rides
• Museum open for tours
• Official lighting of the tree with Mayor Bob Murphy at 6:30 p.m.

5:30 – 8:30 p.m.
