Join cheese guru Max McCalman at Nolita House for a two hour ?scientific? experiment in cheese pairings. Max, author and maitre fromager for Picholine and Artisanal, will be conducting an interactive Cheese Lab that will pair artisanal cheeses from around the world with wine varietals. Guests will sample and comment on these pairings, and the feedback will be included in his upcoming book.
