Join cheese guru Max McCalman, Long Island?s Wölffer Estate Vineyard and the Nolita House team for an interactive Cheese Lab. Max, maitre fromager for Picholine and Artisanal restaurants and author of The Cheese Plate, will pair seven (7) tantalizing types of Artisanal Premium cheeses with four (4) different wine varietals from New York?s own Wölffer Estate Vineyard. Guests will sample and comment on these pairings, and the feedback may be included in one of his upcoming books! His second book Cheese: A Connoisseurs Guide to the World?s Finest will be released in August 2005. The price for the event is $45 (excluding tax & gratuity) .
