Do you need to SLOW DOWN to SPEED UP? Join our Hatch Pod in the South Bay which you will find to be a lot like a MasterMinds group. It's a 12 Week Event where we meet every Tuesday evening to help you develop your business strategy.

Women love to learn in groups. It's a great way to forge great business and personal relationships. Our programs are designed to be experienced in Pods - groups of 7-10 women at a similar stage of business. The mentor leading the Pod sets the schedule and arranges the location. Usually, it will be in their home. Some Pod members may take turns hosting the group, so mention it to your mentor if you're willing. A change of scenery is always good when you're trying to be creative and innovative.

What are the advantages of signing up for a Pod Program?
The biggest advantages of working in a group are accountability, feedback, and momentum - all invaluable to a business owner. You'll develop a strong bond with your fellow Pod-mates as you all go on this journey together. It's HARD WORK to start a business. You don't want to do it alone. We work with incredible Mentors who are there to help guide you, and are willing to share their own stories and experiences.

What are the class sessions like?
Presently, our Pod Programs range anywhere from 3-12 sessions, held weekly. Each session is approximately 2-3 hours at a safe, comfortable location arranged by the Mentor. The class consists of an in-class discussion on the topic, and in-class workshopping. It's incredibly informative AND productive. Our classes are designed to keep you moving on your idea.

There are homework assignments each week to take you to the next step.
