Marshalls' Fashion Police strike downtown San Francisco -- win prizes June 8, 2007

On a lighter note: Underscoring that paying too much for fashion is a crime, Marshalls – one of the nation’s leading off-price retailer – is on a coast-to-coast search for fashion victims: people who unwittingly pay too much for fashion.

Accompanied by roving models showing the latest Marshalls fashions, teams of Fashion Police (licensed to give out citations for paying too much for designer-wear) and Deal Divas (wearing oversized price tags) are on patrol in San Francisco’s fashion hotspots. Fashion-friendly citations will be given in Union Square, Yerba Buena Gardens, Pier 39, throughout the Financial District and other areas to encourage shoppers to eschew their over-priced ways and head to their local Marshalls.
