Purpose:
-To explore how condos are marketed and developed
-What are the conditions that make developments high-cost and market-rate?
-What incentives are needed to provide more diverse types, tenures and lifestyles?

What will happen with information?

-Documentation of the panel will be published
-It is hoped this information will be a resource for residents, planners and others engaged in neighbourhood change
-The forum will also be a networking opportunity for panelists and audience members from the public, private and nonprofit sectors
