Mark Davis: Icarus August 16, 2011

Sculptor Mark Davis produces poetic mobile constructions of burnished and painted aluminum. He is creating a site-specific mobile for the museum's courtyard gallery inspired by the story of Icarus, who flew too close to the sun and fell into the sea.
