Marie Etienne will discuss and sign her book, 'Confessions of a Bi-Polar Mardi Gras Queen.' This collection of true stories, swinging between hilarity and devastation, is set in Southern Louisiana. At 43, on the brink of suicide and recently diagnosed as bi-polar, Etienne's last-ditch hope was to come to terms with her deep-rooted feelings of fear, shame and resentment.
