San Francisco, Ca... Tony Nominee Justin Bond (Kiki & Herb, Shortbus) takes the Castro stage by storm
for the ultimate Valentine's Day concert event as Marc Huestis presents JUSTIN BOND:CLOSE TO YOU Sunday, February 14 @ San Francisco's historic Castro Theatre, 429 Castro St.  The main event starts at 8:15 pm, followed by a dessert & bubbly /meet & greet reception with the star in the Castro mezzanine after the show.

Accompanied by a lush 10 piece orchestra, Justin recreates the sweet sounds of your favorite CARPENTERS hits, filled with sultry chords from his own life story. N.Y. wunderkind Lance Horne acts as musical director for this evening of total fun and thrilling romance. Bond was recently named one of the 5 best theatrical events by Hilton Als of New Yorker magazine  & this show was a huge hit when performed at the Sydney Opera House and Live at Central Park in N.Y. Joining him as special guests will be the San Francisco THRILLPEDDLERS, now wowing auds in PEARLS OVER SHANGHAI. Also World Premiere of Marc Huestis' new short film JUSTIN BOND TELLS YOU EVERYTHING YOU ALWAYS WANTED TO KNOW ABOUT SEX, a satircal retelling of Dr. Reuben's 1969 chapter dealing with homosexuality.  This was originally shot for Huestis' 1993 documentary SEX IS... and is just now making it's way on the silver screen. It's a hoot!
