“L haus Hosts Second Annual New York Marathon Viewing Party”



L haus, a new residential condo in Long Island City, is hosting the second annual marathon viewing party from its seventh floor duplex model and terrace. L haus is the perfect spot to get a bird’s eye view of the New York Marathon as runners pass the half-way point of the 26 mile race. The L haus terrace offers a warm environment for spectators to cheer for the runners. Breakfast and beverages will be provided for guests along with tours of the completed building, which includes two new model homes, the 10,000 square foot Yard, the club room, media room and fitness center.
