THE FESTIVAL:

The first-ever MANIFESTO festival of urban music and art is set to take place throughout Toronto on September 20-23, 2007. The four-day citywide festival showcases a diverse array of talent that aims to pay respect to the roots of the city's urban culture, spark imagination, and to plant seeds for its future. With nearly 100 artists participating over four days, the festival represents a grassroots based coming together of Toronto's urban music community.
