M&M Booking Presents Smokin' @ the FB January 8, 2010

Who/What:
M&M Booking and Management Agency presents special contemporary jazz series Smokin' At The FB which will feature top jazz artists. Smokin' at the FB will be held at the premier FB Lounge, 172 East 106th Street New York, NY, January 8-12, 2010. The historic event is open to the public with a complimentary discount to APAP Members and students.

The series will feature such notable musicians as: legendary pianist Mulgrew Miller and his trio featuring Ivan Taylor (B), and Rodney Green (D), the great vibist Steve Nelson Quartet featuring legendary bassist Ron Carter with special guest Louis Hayes on drums and lastly, the vibrant saxophonist Chelsea Baratz with her quintet featuring Corey Wilkes will complete the five day jazz extravaganza.

The event's title Smokin' at The FB will pay homage to Harlem and it's governance over live jazz. The new FB Lounge, is a retreat for those wanting to delve into what Harlem has to offer. Smokin' at the FB plans to deliver a piece of jazz that everyone has been waiting for. Each night's lineup is incomparable.

Tickets:
