This Month's Speakers

Patricia (Patti) N. Lima is a Realtor at the Carlson GMAC office in Marlborough, MA. She is a member of the Greater Worcester Regional Board of Realtors, The Massachusetts Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. Patti is a certified buyers agent with the ABR designation and is Premiere Service Certified with GMAC. Patti was named Sales Partner of the Year in 2006 for the Marlborough office. Patti was also named Realtor of the month for July 2007.

Peter Waeger became a certified home inspector five years ago, licensed in MA and CT. Peter retired from AT&T after almost 30 years of service as a building technician and licensed refrigeration technician. While at AT&T, Peter worked with building engineers to oversee construction of multiple projects. Peter also recently retired from the fire department after 30 years as a fire fighter and EMT. Attorney David W. Lima is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts - Dartmouth (1981) and Suffolk University Law School (1984). He was admitted to the Massachusetts bar in 1985 and Virgin Islands Bar in 1989. He is admitted to represent clients in the federal courts and practices in all state and local courts in Massachusetts and the Virgin Islands. In 1992, Attorney Lima opened his own law practice in Framingham, MA concentrating in real estate law. He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, United States Virgin Islands Bar Association and the Real Estate Bar Association of Massachusetts. He is an appointed Massachusetts Land Court Title Examiner.

The Next Level Executives is a membership-based organization focused on helping its members take their business to the next level, as defined by them. The group meets twice monthly. Visitors are welcome to join the public meetings once per month as we host speakers and discussions on different business topics. Public meetings are held on the 2nd Wednesday of every month. Private meetings are also conducted where members discuss their challenges and goals in a confidential members-only meeting.

Membership is exclusive per business type and prospective members are screened using an application process. All prospective members must attend two events before applying, as well as individually meet with a minimum of four current members. Prospective members should be committed to growing their business in a significant way, and must demonstrate a "business-owner" mindset.
