The Tigard Library will offer computer classes in December to help people save time and money during the holidays. “Excel-ing at Shopping” will teach people how to use an Excel spreadsheet to make a handy shopping list to budget and track gift spending. A second class, “Cool Cards and Neat Nametags,” will provide instruction on designing nametags and greeting cards using Microsoft Word. Classes require only basic skills in Excel or Word software.

Wednesday, Dec. 2, from 1:30-3 p.m.

Saturday, Dec. 5, from 10:30 a.m.-Noon

Monday, Dec. 7, from 7-8:30 p.m. (Spanish translator available)

“Cool Cards and Neat Nametags” will be offered:

Wednesday, Dec. 9, from 10:30 a.m.-Noon

Friday, Dec. 11, from 1:30-3 p.m. (Spanish translator available)

Sunday, December 13, 3-4:30 p.m.

Classes are free and will be held in the second-floor Technology Room. Attendees should stop by the Reference Desk to pick up a ticket. Questions? Please call 503-684-6537 ext. 2517.
