MainStreet Chamber Hosts Ribbon Cutting Ceremony
to Benefit Mustard Seed of Central Florida Charity

Orlando, FL (July 25, 2011) – MainStreet Chamber-Orlando Northeast, will host a ribbon cutting ceremony to officially open the retail clothing store at the Mustard Seed of Central Florida Furniture and Clothing Bank, Thursday, August 4, 5:30-7:30 p.m. at 12 Mustard Seed Lane, Orlando, Florida 32810.

“MainStreet Chamber-Orlando Northeast helps stimulate the Central Florida economy by providing resources that make small to mid-size businesses more sustainable,” said Lorraine Powell, President, MainStreet Chamber-Orlando Northeast. “I am delighted that our organization can serve as a platform to help launch this new community growth endeavor.” The Mustard Seed is a 501(c) (3) nonprofit organization that serves to rebuild the lives of families and individuals who have suffered disaster or personal tragedy by providing household furnishing and clothing.

Leaders of the local business community will join members of the board of directors of the Mustard Seed of Central Florida during the ceremony and participate during the ribbon cutting. The general public is encouraged to attend the event.

Festivities will include a ceremonial program, a guided tour of the mattress recycling department, furniture department, and new boutique. The event will also include “mPower networking” unique to MainStreet Chamber members looking to connect with other entrepreneurs and business professionals. Refreshments will be provided.
