Magritte and Contemporary Art: the Treachery of Images November 19, 2006

This exhibition seeks to explore his impact and connection to other artists by examining the different ways that pop, conceptual and post-modern sensibilities have related to Magritte's work. It will present forty to fifty Magritte paintings along with an equal number of paintings and sculptures by international artists working over the past forty years.
