Joan Baez and Voronin star in Teatro ZinZanni's Maestro's Enchantment opening June 23 in the beautiful Spiegeltent on Pier 29. Maestro's Enchantment reunites the artistry of legendary chanteuse Joan Baez as Madame ZinZanni and master Ukrainian illusionist Yevgeniy Voronin as The Maestro. Romance ignites between Madame ZinZanni and the Maestro when he returns to the Spiegeltent with his mysterious 18th century circus troupe. Experience an enchanting evening of trickery and illusion, dreams and divas, music and merriment guaranteed to mesmerize the beholder and tickle the palate.

The legendary Joan Baez gave her first performance at Teatro ZinZanni in April 2002 and stars as Madame ZinZanni for the 4th time in performances through July 31. Master magician and illusionist Voronin -- known throughout the world as "The Maestro" -- is an original ZinZanni cast member and has appeared with the company in more than 20 productions.

The Maestro's Enchantment cast also includes clown Peter Pitofsky; aerial acrobat and U.S. National Champion gold medalist Bianca Sapetto (through July 31); master trapeze artists and comedians The Collins Brothers; opera diva Kristin Clayton; Russian contortionist and performance artist Svetlana; Russian juggler and accordionist Sergiy Krutikov; and magician Brandon Rabe, as Voronin's assistant.

Joining the cast on August 4 are Melanie Stace and Elena Gatilova. Melanie Stace, a well known British actress and singer, returns for the 4th time. Ukrainian aerial hoop contortionist Elena Gatilova is a champion Bronze Medalist of the World Championship and Silver Medalist of the World Cup in rhythmic gymnastics.
