This event is a fundrainser for the Hospice of Chippewa County it runs for three evenings. Dec. 4th, 5th, & 6th. It is a Mideval Celebration of Christmas, an English Boarshead Feast, not your traditional madrigal dinner. It starts at 6pm, (Fri & Sat. 5pm on Sun), with a Wassail Reception. Assorted cheeses, crackers and warm spiced cider, and cash bars are served up along with singing, danceing and a couple of big production numbers. At 6:45,(Fri.& Sat. 5:45 on Sun). there will be a formal call to dinner and all are invited to enter the grand dinning hall. Here you are treated to a GREAT dinner consisting of a game hen with cornbread stuffing, oven roast potatoes, carrots and relish trays. We also roast a pig which is brought into the hall and carved and served up with the traditions and music of Christmas, the Salt Merchant, The Exchequer, a Knighting Ceremony, Robin Hood, and much more.
