M83 is a French duo consisting of Nicolas Fromageau and Anthony Gonzalez. Their music touches on many styles from electronic to pop to ambient. At the heart of Head Like a Kite is Sushirobo guitarist Dave Einmo, whose debut solo album, 'Random Portraits of the Home Movie,' blends pop & rock sounds with electronic aspects, incorporating influences from his family's Super 8 home movies. Live, Head Like a Kite presents a vibrant sound, complete with projected clips from these same movies.
