What to do when a friend takes advantage of your highly inebriated state after a costume ball, leaving you to wake up in a public park -- still dressed as a bat? Plan revenge, of course. And so the fun begins! A husband with a roving eye. His lovely wife, who finds an ex-boyfriend's attentions terribly difficult to resist. Plus an amorous tenor with a lot more than high C's on his mind...and more! Fabulous folk abound in Johann Strauss' Viennese confection where everyone gets his or her comeuppance, but all is forgiven as champagne reigns supreme. 'Die Fledermaus' is performed in German with projected English titles.
