Joined by host Chuck Nice and featuring John Mulaney, Lynne Koplitz takes the stage Saturday June 23rd for two shows at Comix!
Lynne is living proof that a talented female comic can be both beautiful and funny.
Just recently, she became the first female comedienne since Roseanne and Brett Butler to have a TV development deal with Tom Werner, (of the former Carsey/Werner, Roseanne/Grace Under Fire/The Cosby Show) for Warner Brothers television. Lynne Koplitz co-starred on SONY’s syndicated talk show “Life and Style” with Jules Asner, Kimora Lee Simmons and Cynthia Garrett.
Lynne taped her own ½ hour comedy special on Comedy Central Presents in 2003 which is still in continuous rotation. Last summer she was voted the top female comic by viewers in Comedy Central's Stand-Up Showdown. She placed in 13th out of 100.
Lynne performed at the Montreal Comedy Festival and was the co-host of the comedy cooking show “How to Boil Water” on the Food Network.
She has appeared as a guest host of NBC’s “Later” had a development deal with NBC for her own sitcom and was a featured comedienne on Comedy Central’s Premium Blend. Don’t miss her at Comix!
