Lotus has always tip-toed the tight rope that is drawing on multiple genres, as with their new release, 'The Strength of Weak Ties' - glitch-hop programming meets rock 'n' roll drums, overdriven guitars meet overdriven synthesizers, primitive drum machines meet funky back beats and post-rock meets electronica. Unwed Sailor is a project from bassist extraordinaire Johnathon Ford of the highly acclaimed Roadside Monument and Pedro the Lion.
