THE 3rd ANNUAL LOS ANGELES BRAZILIAN FILM FESTIVAL (LABRFF) WILL SHOWCASE OVER 45 BRAZILIAN FILMS

Los Angeles, November 23, 2009 – Celebrating its third anniversary the Los Angeles Brazilian Film Festival (LABRFF) will take place in Los Angeles from March 25- 28, 2010. An Opening Night Gala will kick-off the festival on March 25th at 6:00 p.m. with a red carpet event and a premiere film to be announced. After the screening, the festival will continue festivities with a cocktail party at the lounge.

LABRFF will showcase over 45 independent films and major studio releases from Brazil, combining the best of features, shorts, documentaries, animation shorts as well as tribute screenings, a celebrity-filled red carpet and more.

OUR MISSION:
LABRFF’s mission is to support and facilitate the Brazilian audiovisual exhibition and distribution in the United States. Moreover stimulate new business opportunities in the film industry. The festival has established a favorable environment to exchange information between Brazil and United States by offering panels, workshops, lectures, and networking meetings to its attendees.
