Friday, September 28th and Saturday, September 29th at 8pm

Jeanne' Wagner Theatre

Drawing from hip hop, lindy hop, African, martial arts and modern dance, San Francisco favorite Loose Change brings to the stage its latest full-length work. A mythic exploration, Human Nature examines modern man's increasing disconnection from community, ritual and nature. Choreographer Eric Fenn once again displays his innovative style and creative vision in this compelling new show.

"San Francisco's Loose Change Dance Company has pretty much perfected its syncopated fusion of contrasting dances...The company's second full-length piece, HUMAN NATURE, treads meditative ground on the manner in which concrete jungles, suburban chain-link fences and modern complacence have cut us off from one another. Even if you don't give a hoot about urban alienation or the erosion of neighborly courtesies, seeing the dancer's moves will make you ache with wonder."
-- SFWeekly

"Loose Change is flat out the most impressive performance group I have seen in both technique and creativity. They grab you by the shirt collar and don't let go until they're good and ready. Captivating from beginning to end." -- Paul Overton, founder of the Oakland Swing Dance Festival
