Look and Long April 2, 2009

Using Stein's last (and perhaps her most delightful) book "The Gertrude Stein First Reader" as a springboard, five actors make a giant leap into the imagination to create a fully-fledged theatrical confection. Like a Steinian version of Wonderland, 'Look and Long unfolds in a series of playful vignettes, each exploring the private games that children might play if the adult world were a safe distance away.
