Long Island Young Adult Mass ~ Social & Reception January 24, 2010

The Catholic Fellowship of Long Island (http://www.cfnetwork.org) invites you to join us for our monthly Young Adult Mass on Sunday, January 24th at 2:30pm at C.W. Post L.I.U. Chapel located at 720 Northern Blvd, Brookville, NY 11548. Info on the venue can be found at http://www.cwpostcatholic.org.

Following mass we will meet downstairs for Social. Bring something yummy to share, or a suggested donation of $5-$10.

This is a great opportunity to meet other young adults residing in Nassau and Suffolk counties. Who: For all young Catholics in their 20s, 30s and 40s.

Also, we are still collecting Maternity and Baby items for the Sisters of Life. If you can donate, please consider doing so.

Directions to the venue:
The event is held at C.W. Post L.I.U. Campus located at 720 Northern Blvd, Brookville, NY 11548. Enter through the East Gate, which is the 2nd gate coming west down Northern Blvd.

From Eastern Long Island - Take Long Island Expressway (I-495) to Exit 41N (Route 107). Turn right (north) onto 107north to Northern Boulevard (Route 25A). Turn left (west) at Northern Boulevard.C.W. Post is on the left.

From South Shore of Long Island - In Nassau County, take Wantagh State Parkway or Meadowbrook Parkway north to Northern State Parkway Exit 31 (Glen Cove Road North; NOT Exit 31A). At light, turn left (north) on Glen Cove Road. Proceed for 3 miles to Northern Boulevard (Route 25A), turnright (east). C.W. Post is 2 miles on the right. In Suffolk County, take most convenient north-south road to the Long Island Expressway (I-495) andfollow directions from Eastern Long Island.

Train - From Pennsylvania Station: Take either the Long Island Rail Road's Port Jefferson train line to the Hicksville station or the Port Washington - Manhasset line to the Great Neck station or the Manhasset station or the Oyster Bay train to the Greenvale station. The Great Neck stationand the Hicksville station both have bus service to the C.W. Post Campus.Taxi service to the campus is available from the Greenvale, Manhasset, GreatNeck and Hicksville stations. Taxi service prices range from $8 to $16.To reach the Long Island Rail Road call (516) 822-5477.
