U2 fans are organizing the LOKAHI-ONE initiative for the U2 concert in the Aloha Stadium, Honolulu, on April 8th. We unite to raise awareness on the global emergency of extreme poverty and AIDS, and help to have people's voices heard by the representatives of our government.

This event is to support the ONE campaign, and U2, who have actively supported this campaign, especially their singer Bono. We will hand out more than 25,000 paper signs with the words Lokahi and ONE to the people attending the concert. The sign informs people about the ONE campaign, and will be held up during the intro of the song One to show that we are united in making poverty history.

More information about the Lokahi-ONE event can be found on our web site http://www.geocities.com/onehonolulu. This web site also includes information about how people can participate and volunteer in this event. Photos of previous events organized by U2 fans all over the world are also available.

This will be the last Vertigo show, let's unite ONE more time! As Bono said at Live8 in London: "We can't fix every problem, but the ones we can, we must..."
