Twinhead Theatre brings the funny with our newest original show, Loaded Guns: America FTW! Since 2004, our Loaded Guns series has enabled us to tackle Dada, child rearing, and the movie business, and now we’re drawing inspiration from half-remembered history classes and Wikipedia articles for a hysterical, historical sketch comedy show! It was born, much like our great nation itself, from hard work, late night writing sessions, shocking obscenities, and consistent snuff breaks. The result is 90 minutes of aggressively funny revisions of American history that don’t pull any punch lines. From Pangaea breaking apart all the way up to Glenn Beck’s morning devotional, America FTW asks the important questions: How would a beat poet describe the Trail of Tears? Who really invented the dildo? And whom, if given the chance, would Martin Luther King fight? Witness the founding of our nation! Fidel Castro ripping apart apple-pie America with his communist sickle! Discover the little-known Article 10 from the Treaty with the Cherokees and learn the greatest dance sensation of the 1920’s, “the Kittyhawk.”

Featuring a cast of 15, video segments, and epic song and dance numbers, Loaded Guns: America FTW is the funniest hour and half you’ll spend this year!
