Join naturalist-tracker, Eric Kitching of Wilderness Awareness School, to open up your mind & heart to the beauty of nature by awakening your senses & expanding your awareness.

We will experience techniques used by earth-based cultures that developed aware people. We will play games, learn sensory exercises,basics of tracking, as well as use the art of questioning
to enhance our awareness of the world around us.

What to bring:
a childlike mind
pens, pencils w/eraser
journal or notepad
water to drink & a healthy snack
sturdy shoes & outdoor clothing
small day pack to organize your gear

Follow-up gathering:
an evening of storytelling,
questions & answers, and information.
