This is a fortnightly event

The first session of Living in Peace & Harmony is an introductory afternoon where we will explore a way to balance the chaos of our busy lives with the essential need for inner peace. We look at how we interact with the world, learn to connect with our authentic self and share a calm and inspiring meditation. A series of 5 afternoons will then take place every fortnight. The introductory session is £12. The subsequent series of 5 Peace & Harmony sessions are £50 in advance, £12 per session.
