Liverpool's Capital of Culture year highlight - a huge Rio style carnival in the streets of Liverpool with brazilian samba drummers, dancers costumes floats and Rio spirit

Samba schools from all over the country are coming to make this a spectacular event, and the people of Liverpool are urged to join in, we need help still with costumes, floats and more dummers and dancers as well. Fancy wearing a big feathery costume and dancing in the streets? Well this is your chance!
