Live Fire! Austin’s most anticipated celebration of all things meat returns this spring with a dynamic lineup of award-winning chefs ready to battle the flames and raise funds for culinary grants at the famed Salt Lick BBQ Pecan Grove Pavilion in the Texas Hill Country, Thursday, April 25. Enjoy live music and a dazzling menu of savory hot-fire cooked beef dishes and world-class wines, spirits, and brews. In its third year, the event will showcase a supreme lineup of chefs featuring protein royalties such as Aaron Franklin, Jason Dady, Laura Sawicki, Rene Ortiz, Janina O’Leary, Jesse Griffiths, Ned and Jodi Elliot, Josh Watkins, Jesse Perez and many more!

Live Fire! will stir up flames as a fundraising benefit for the Austin Food & Wine Alliance. Proceeds from the sizzling tasting event will help the Alliance give back to the local culinary community through a grant program for chefs, farmers, artisan producers and nonprofits by funding projects focused on culinary innovation.
