LITTLE GRAY BOOK LECTURE #23
BROOKLINE: The Town That Has Everything (and at the Same Time Has Nothing)

LITTLE GRAY BOOK LECTURE SERIES The Little Gray Book Lectures are a series of readings, discussions, contests, and occasional overhead slide projections presented on the first Wednesday of every month. They are hosted by John Hodgman, with the generous aid of many others.

Tonight, John Hodgman welcomes Patrick Borelli, Danzy Senna, Sarah Vowell, Adam Mazmanian, and perhaps others in a discussion of one American hometown which, like all home towns, is simultaneously the most interesting and boring place on earth.

To be followed by Jonathan Coulton playing with a COMPLETE BAND:

Jonathan Coulton has made many appearances at the Little Gray Book lecture series at Galapagos, but usually he is only armed with one song, and one guitar. If you're tired of only getting the appetizer portion, and would like to enjoy him as an entree, this is your chance. He'll be performing selections from his newly released CD with a full band, and invites you to laugh with him, or at him, whatever your pleasure. You may also want to purchase his CD, which, incidentally, makes a wonderful Christmas gift.
