Though many notes of Beethoven have been heard on the stage of Alice Tully Hall, his symphonies have been infrequently performed. World renowned chamber orchestra The Deutsche Kammerphilharmonie Bremen under conductor Paavo Järvi will perform Beethoven's "Consecration of the House Overture, Symphony No. 3 ("Eroica"), and Symphony No. 8.

There will be a pre-concert lecture by Scott Burnham in the Stanly H. Kaplan Penthouse at 6:15.
