Bring a wine from one of the American Wine Regions. Hawaii offers some fun wines, but they are hard to come by in the DFW metroplex especially some of the sparkling wine variations. If you come across one it would be a real fun treat.

Wine Suggestions: Riesling, Chenin Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Viognier, Late Harvest Riesling, Muscat, Zinfandel, Beaujolais, Merlot, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon.

Slow Food Treat: BBQ Mahi Mahi Poppers w/Orange Essence
