LENOX SQUARE CELEBRATES 53rd ANNUAL LEGENDARY 4th of JULY July 4, 2012

Preparations are under way for one of the city’s beloved summer traditions – Legendary Fourth of July at Lenox Square. For over half a century, Lenox Square has celebrated the patriotic pastime in grand tradition with activities for the entire family, including games for children, musical entertainment, food concessions and the largest fireworks display in the Southeast. Everyone is invited to experience Atlanta’s historic celebration as Lenox Square lights up the sky on the Fourth of July!

WHEN: Wednesday, July 4, 2012
Lenox Square shops and restaurants are open from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Musical entertainment begins at 6 p.m.
Jimmy Buffet tribute band Sons of Sailors takes the stage at 6 p.m. followed by Party on the Moon, Atlanta’s favorite party band, at 7:30
Fireworks scheduled to begin at approximately 9:40 p.m.
