The program includes a lush Finzi oboe quintet, elegantly virtuosic solo oboe etudes by Silvestrini and Kirchner’s unflinching Piano Trio II for violin, cello and piano. The evening culminates with Janácek's unabashed "Intimate Letters." A post-performance reception for the audience will follow in the Center's Upper Pavilion.
