TO RSVP FOR THIS EVENT YOU MUST MAKE PAYMENT AT OUR MAIN SITE!

Time to get fancy! Come join us Sunday, March 15th, for a class on how to make sushi. Learn from the best as Sushi Chef James Tan teaches us the intracies of making sushi...how to use the proper ingredients, how to source the best fish, and simple techniques to make world-class sushi. Chef Tan spent seven years in the kitchen at local Sushi-Ko before venturing out on his own with Uni.

This will be a DEMONSTRATION class, though Chef Tan does bring up volunteers to the preparation table to try out their new skills. The class outline will be slightly different then previous cooking classes. From 4-6pm, Chef Tan will be demonstrating and giving instruction on sushi making. Then at 6pm we eat! This differs from the usual demonstration, then eat, then demonstration, then eat, etc.

Also, drinks are not included in the price.

The class outline/menu will be as follows:

1) Basic Sushi Rice Preparation

2) Basic California Roll Preparation:
-Extreme Picante Escolar Roll
-Classic California Roll
-Spicy Tuna Roll
-Spicy, Crunchy Crawfish Roll

3) Assortment of Sushi Including:
Tuna (Maguro)
Salmon (Sake)
Tilapia (Izumidai)
Shrimp (Ebi)

We have a LIMITED number of spots so make sure to RSVP early! See you there.
