Wendy Woods, Principal, Watershed Training Solutions, returns to lead us in a Laughter Yoga session to remind us of the importance of humour in our lives - especially for business owners.

Laughing energizes the body through better blood and oxygen flow. It also brings people together highlighting similarities and improving relationships.
