Since its inception in 2002, Le Vent du Nord exploded onto the folk music scene. The group’s first recording, Maudite Moisson!, was awarded the Juno in 2004 for Traditional Album of the Year.

Le Vent du Nord brings together four musicians with fantastic talent! On stage Le Vent du Nord offers tasty bits of information as to the origin of a tune or song, and delivers music with a wild energy, appealing to all ages!
