Lawrence Virtual Academy Discovery Day at Kansas Speedway! June 24, 2011

At this event you can learn all about LVS/LVHS, get an early start on enrollment, and enjoy family time at the Kansas Speedway.

You’ll have the chance to visit with enrolled families and school staff, and get a sense of what it's like to be part of the LVS/LVHS family. Admission to the Kansas Speedway is free!

*Meet with other LVS and LVHS families in Garage C to learn more about the program

*Tour the Kansas Speedway where NASCAR drivers experience this one-of-a-kind track several times a year

*There will be a driving school during our tour and you may want to bring ear plugs as well

*Families and participants of this event will be required to sign a waiver on-site in order to participate

You must register in advance to attend. And if you have friends or family who might be interested in this tuition-free public school option, please encourage them to register for this event as well.
