Laugh for Lives February 22, 2008

Laugh for Lives is a comedy show fundraiser event benefitting the Asian American Donor Program. The evening will feature an all-Asian cast of comedians including: Kevin Camia, Tessie Chua, Randall Park, Nitin Kant, Jennifer Lin and Rex Navarrete.

AADP is a community non-profit organization dedicated to helping save the lives of patients with Leukemia, Lymphoma and other blood diseases that are curable by an adult stem cell transplant. AADP outreaches to the Asian American, Pacific Islander and Multi-Racial communities to raise awareness about the critical need for more API donors in the national registry. As of today, only 30-40% of all Asian leukemia patients will find a donor match for their transplant, simply because there are so few Asians registered as potential donors.

Be the One to Help Save a Life. You could be someone's only match and only chance. A Marrow/Stem Cell donor registration drive will be held at the show. Each guest will also receive a complementary raffle ticket.
