Las Vegas Future Salon March 10, 2006

Norman H. Stamper, Ph.D., author of "Breaker Rank" will be speaking to the Las Vegas Future Salon on what it will take to help law enforcement achieve its mandate of public safety and the safeguarding our constitutional freedoms. Former Seattle police chief Dr. Norm Stamper has concluded that the structure and leadership practices of American policing (along with key laws our officers are called upon to enforce) are in need of a major overhaul.

Dr. Norm Stamper will be on hand to sign copies of his book and converse with the Las Vegas Future Salon attendees at the end of the meeting and over dinner which will follow after the meeting at a local restaurant near Border's Bookstore.
