Williamsburg, Virginia 23185

Share an evening of beautiful acoustic Christmas music from award-winning singers/songwriters Lana Puckett and Kim Person on Saturday, December 9 at 7:30 p.m. at the Williamsburg Library Theatre, 515 Scotland Street. Advance tickets are $15 for adults, $12 for students with ID and $7 for those under 16. The day of the show tickets are $20 for adults, $15 for students and $10 for those under 16. They can be purchased at the Williamsburg Library or by phone at (757) 259-4070. This is another in the library's Dewey Decibel Concert Series.

The evening will feature original and traditional songs from their acclaimed Christmas CD releases, "At Christmas the Heart Goes Home" and "The Gift of Christmas." Reviewer Richard Banks of the website "Christmas Reviews" said, "Puckett and Person bring a sophistication to their arrangements, something that sets their sound apart from contemporary folk groups. But their CDs become uniquely compelling by virtue of the underlying themes of romance and nostalgia, which run throughout. The vocals are a highlight on a CD full of highlights."

Joining Lana and Kim is Austin-based guitarist Brian Wood, who has toured with Nanci Griffith and Lyle Lovett. Special guest is Nashville's hit songwriter, Jill Colucci. Jill's voice will be familiar from many movie and TV appearances as well as through her ASCAP and Country Music Award-winning songs written for noted artists Wynonna and Travis Tritt.

Join us for a very special evening that is certain to fill your heart with joy.
